How does the snazaroo feel after you apply it? Is it completely dry to the touch? Or does it have a greasy feel?

Oh gosh, this reminds me of when Boy George did his makeup very similar to this. It was strange lol. On the subject of Boy George, it would be cool to see you do an 80's Boy George makeup tutorial. I like the way he looks in Karma Chameleon the best.
