  3. I really enjoyed this video and the ideas you're sharing. Using the notes to cover up items on the page is a fun way to make the book very interactive, and I think my toddler would love the "hiding" the toys/items and then naming them activity. My toddler was a bit of a late talker, we really didn't hear more than a word or two from him till he was about 18 months, but these days he loves sitting with books. We do a lot of "Que es eso?" asking him what something is on a page, and now he loves pointing out every single thing that he knows the word for. Recently, I've been having him try to "read" his books to his baby brother, which he likes, and mostly consists of him telling the baby what's on every page. haha!
