Love your videos! I too only had an allergy to fresh pineapple (canned was ok) until I found out I had a vitamin D and B12 deficiency and got that corrected. My mouth would get horribly sore after eating fresh pineapple but once I got the deficiencies corrected it went away. I also had a similar reaction to anything with malic acid in it (snapple diet drinks had it). Just wanted to share in case your issue is similar – checking your vitamin levels is a simple test at the Dr.

My mum used to make french bread pizza too! I always loved it. Ciabatta pizza is really good, i love ciabatta bread. I really liked your idea of using the left over bread for the banana pudding, i dont have any scraps but i do put left over bread in the freezer after a few days so it doesn't go bad
