Yes! I make grape & cheese skewers. If I send a cheese stick & grapes, they don't eat the cheese, but if it's skewered they'll eat it!!!

I really really like this! Even though right now we are in quarantine these are still really good combos and I’m helping take care of my one and two year old nieces and I think they’ll love it too! (I will try them for myself too!)
I’m a very picky eater and quarantine has got the best of me. I eat sugar daily and barely any protein even! That’s why I found this video. I need to start eating healthier and I don’t really know what to eat!! Very helpful tysm

The only concern I have is that the skewers aren't really safe for preschoolers. You can use dry spaghetti 🙂

thank you for highlighting balanced lunches with good protein!!! i've seen so many videos featuring lunches that look super tasty, but consist mostly of carbs and sugars. it's so important to have variety and protein!!!
2:52 this one won’t really work because at schools some kids have peanut allergies so you can’t really bring it. Still a good option at home though.
We do left overs for lunches at least 3 times a week. Sunday is roast chicken dinner so Monday the kids will have roast chicken and peas with mash and a little gravy. Then there usual fruit of choice veg of choice and a yogurt and snake pack fruit juice. The Monday dinner is spagbol, Tuesday enchiladas…. so on and so on but on days there and no left overs the kids love home made lunchables or wraps etc… or sometimes as a treat they will have breakfast for lunch – egg and bacon muffins or pancakes 😍
