Thanks for the information, I've been looking for places to take my kids and it's always a walk in Cinta costera 🤭.
We couldn’t find the beaches in Colon. We ended up going to beach in Punta Chame.
Some of the places that I took my son to are the Canal, we both loved the Museum. Gamboa, Causway, Embera interior & there used to be a resort at a rain forest with a zoo & waterpark that served BBQ lunch, had dance competition & a lit DJ!

When I was a kid in Panama I used to race paper boats with my friends during downpours (and barefoot too!). We were dirt poor but there were fun times to be had.
