RECIPES SHARED – INGREDIENTS & METHOD:

PROTEIN PANCAKES:
1 banana
1 tbsp almond butter
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Whisk all of the substances collectively and fry. Serve with maple syrup and berries.

BREAKFAST EGG MUFFINS:
6 eggs
Crispy bacon chopped into small items
Handful spinach
Handful grated cheese

150g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
50g caster sugar

1 banana mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract (optionally available)
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, Gasoline Mark 6.
Grease a mini muffin tray with butter/margarine.
Methodology: Sift the flour and baking powder right into a mixing bowl, then stir within the sugar.
Put the milk, egg, vanilla extract and melted butter in a jug and beat collectively.

  5. I tried the protein pancakes but sadly they stuck and turned into a horrible mushy mess. I tried on both on a low heat and on a medium high. I could of been the oil I used, as I used Sunflower oil. Any tips please? I normally make pancakes and have no trouble.

Emily id love for you to try this bulletproof coffee recipe because I know how much you love coffee in the mornings: brew up coffee put in nutribullet with two tablespoons of ghee and coconut oil and milk. Blend for 10-30 seconds and enjoy! I make my own ghee but you can also buy it. This is my go to coffee now a days . I used to buy coffee creamer but this is the healthier version and it keeps you really full all morning.
