I have never done a trip with my kids and am really considering it, can you or anyone that has been there explain the kids club process? Sounds great to leave the kids at play for a bit but so mom and dad can have some alone time. But I’m low key nervous to just leave them. Maybe learning about the process and security may give me more peace of mind 😬

My family loves this place! Amazing review! If you do return be sure to check out a little hidden restaurant with a pool called “Los Tacos”. We found this hidden join and it’s our FAVORITE!! We went there several times for lunch and could mix up our tacos every time! 😋

Is it an actual kids club, where you can leave them with staff and do your own thing? Or were your girls old enough so that they didn't require supervision? There's nothing on the resorts website about it.

I went here in 2019 for Christmas.It is really a wonderful place and I %1000 recommend it if you are going to cancun.
