They actually once put me up against to white belt adults once, I was 16 and they were 19. Not to much of a difference. I was a black belt and kicked their asses. This girl is to young to do any real damage.
Giving black belt under 18 is making the institution of "master" and "black belts" less respectable. It should mean so much, and when people see children with black belts, they think that 'oh yeah, this is what black belt means. Literally nothing just a cliché'. And they are right.

I just wanna say that this would be a great activity for me because I am 9 years old and I am a 1st degree black belt. I have been in Teakwondo for 2.5-3 years
If she is a Black Belt, then I don't understand. I am on the National Team in Team Grant and this is so wrong. Durring sparring, you don't tackle someone on the ground. You also, can't punch the person if they are on the ground.
